Poses are mostly seated, supine or prone & are held with muscles relaxed for several minutes.

Yin Yoga primarily targets the bones, connective tissue, ligaments and tendons.

Muscles are kept cool & quiet for periods of time, while gently stressing the joints & dense connective tissue of the lower back, hips and spine.

Creates greater mobility.

Concentration on breathing helps relieve tension.

Yin Yang Fusion
Classes are for All Skill Levels

A sequence of Yin and Yang poses are combined to create a more active and strength-building practice.

Energetic Yang poses combined with a slow, steady Yin energy creates an integrative yoga class.Physical conditioning and a meditative focus towards calming the nervous system.

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is a vinyasa style yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Not to be confused with Power Yoga, students enter into a posture, and hold for five to ten breaths.
