A bolster, strap, 2 blocks or

substitute with firm pillows, towels, soft belt and blankets.

Monday

8 am to 9 am

YIN/YANG YOGA

A Monday morning wake up call for your body. Flow yoga, breathing and stretching to start your day or Yin Yoga for a slower stretch. You get to choose between both styles or combine what you want from both offerings. 

Tuesday

6 pm to 7 pm

EVENING YOGA STRETCH

Work out the whole body with some deep stretching to help you relieve stress and balance your nervous system. 

Thursday

6 pm to 7 pm

YIN YOGA FOR RELAXATION

 Creating the perfect internal calmness for a good nights sleep. It really works!

Friday

8 am to 9 am
